beware of under cover cop.. plain cloth policeman with a bagpack, usually hanging around mrt and bus stop. my friend get caught for throwing a cigarette butt onto the ground and the fine is $200 (actually throwing anything will get a fine k). what a unlucky day for him.. luckily i don't smoke and i litter with skill. haha..
