Quite a pretty tea house. Like the deco inside and outside the place was also quite cooling. Service was quite good even thou there was no service charge. So we ordered a some foods and drinks.
My hot milk tea without sugar(pls put yourself)! Cold milk tea for them.Shared carrot cakes, egg tarts, chicken feets and this, "fu pi yuan" intro by Min. Nice!
Then we accompany and sent Min home first, the rest went punggol, marina country club (MCC). Saw this promo, $35 for 15mins to jet ski from punggol to pulau ubi. Hmmm.. should be quite fun..anyone?? Wanted to sat by the bay but the drink store was closed, so we walked around there. And you what??? We saw Mr wei wei's "yacht". haha. but owner not around. And rather than bishan park and geylang, there was also prawn fishing there. Price was about the same. 
Ended our night at ldf with meat balls noodles fai brought from coffee shop nearby. We are truly the Residents!haha
